I must applaud Dell's decision some decade ago to reinvent themselves, to become more than just a hardware company. I think if you think of Dell today, you don't necessarily think of hardware, there are many more aspects to Dell's offerings.
The company is a great example of a company adapting to change and striving to stay in the fore front of tech innovation.
