It's very pleasent to hear that there are dedicated teams and groups working at solving not only today's issues, but also forseen any future obstacles. This is paving the way to robust business solutions, that could either be benchmarked or transfered to be applied in other industries.

I really like the comprehensiveness of this coverage. Getting to know the members of the IT staff provides very important information for those of us looking to learn something we can apply in our own line of work, as well as making the whole project a lot more relatable. Seth seems like any one of us, trying to solve his organization's IT problems with the skills he brings to the table - only his work is the kind we should all aspire to.

Good luck to Seth and everyone else on the team - I'll be following your update closely!
