Social networks are part of a CIO's life. Every enterprise has an online reputation: The CIO has to make sure it's a good one.
In this episode of E2 Radio we bring you an expert on how to do just that. Join executive editor Curtis Franklin and his special guest, Lori Randall Stradtman, author of Online Reputation Management for Dummies, as they discuss what CIOs have to do to make sure that the online reputation their company builds is the best it can be.
Lori Randall Stradtman’s intense interest in social media began in 2005 when she became an early user of Facebook while at the University of Georgia, where she had returned to earn a degree in Communications. In 2008, Lori founded Social Media Design, where she helps small to midsized businesses use social media and blogs to build their markets and increase revenues. Much of her current focus is on helping business owners enhance and protect their online reputations; her clients include entertainers, C-level executives, entrepreneurs, and directors of charitable organizations.
Lori is recognized for her strong understanding of both technology and marketing concepts related to the Web. She blogs regularly at www.social-media-design.com, and has written for top industry sites Social Media Examiner, BlogWorld, and SmartBrief. Lori has also been quoted in the Huffington Post. Lori’s workshops at BlogWorld and other Internet conferences have received enthusiastic reviews, and she recently keynoted at the Wispalooza Wireless ISP conference for network engineers. Lori has also lectured about online reputation management for the University of Georgia Masters of Internet Technology and Public Relations departments.
Lori’s writing projects and consulting work are informed by her previous experience as a publicist, speaker, trainer, coach, and mentor, and as the founder of a successful brick-and-mortar retail business.
