Consumerization -- bringing consumer devices into the enterprise through IT purchases or BYOD programs -- is changing the way many companies think about the mobile enterprise. Some stories are warnings, but consumerization can make operations smoother and processes better if you get the details right.
In this episode of E2 Radio, join Enterprise Efficiency executive editor Curtis Franklin and his guests as they discuss how to plan and implement a mobile enterprise strategy that reduces enterprise friction while maximizing efficiency and flexibility.
